Strawberry shake

A deliciously refreshing strawberry shake by Jantjebart.

Ingredients

16 strawberries 4 decilitres full-fat milk 6 tablespoons concentrated apple juice 4 scoops of strawberry ice-cream 2 tablespoons sugar

Method

Rinse and trim the strawberries. Place all but four of the strawberries in a deep bowl and puree with an immersion blender.

Add the milk and 4 tablespoons concentrated apple juice. Add the ice-cream and mix with the immersion blender to obtain a foamy mixture.

Pour 2 tablespoons concentrated apple juice into a small bowl. Pour the sugar into a different bowl. Now decorate the rim of each glass by first dipping it in the apple juice and then in the sugar.

Pour the milkshake into the glasses, decorate each glass with 1 strawberry and place a coloured straw in it.
